We are blessed to have a full house of
over 1,200 exhibitors, with over 4,000
product lines, who are showcasing the
latest technology that the agriculture
industry has to offer.
We truly have something for everyone in agriculture to see, experience,
and gather information to make life better on the
farm. What sets us apart is our 600 acre working research farm, where manufacturers can demonstrate
the latest and highest-tech advancements that the
industry has to offer.
We are honored to have South Carolina as this
year’s Spotlight State. The South Carolina Spotlight
State Committee has put together an awesome exhibit
with the theme “SC Agriculture — Planting Innovation, Growing Diversity.” You’ll find it at the Spotlight
State Building on the south end of Block B- 6.
On Tuesday, we will be announcing the Swisher
Sweets Sunbelt Expo Southeastern Farmer of the
Year. It is an honor to celebrate the 27th anniversary
of this outstanding program, to welcome 10 new farm
families into the Farmer of the Year family, and to
give them the recognition they so richly deserve.
Check out the latest cotton pickers, peanut, corn,
and soybean combines, and hay tools that will be harvesting in the field demos.
The Hoss Tools Sustainable Living Center will host
some unique seminars, including organic cut-flower
gardening, mushroom cultivation, and vegetable gardening in small spaces. The horse demos will host 17-
year old trick rider Montana Wilkes and you’ll meet
the Sunbelt Ag Expo Rodeo Queen and her court.
In our field demos, the “Compact tractor driving
range” returns for its second year. Test drive that new
truck of your dreams at one of three test tracks oper-
ated by Chevy/GMC, Ram Commercial,
and Ford. AGCO/Massey, John Deere,
Kubota, and HAYS LTI will all show new

There are over 300 interactive
educational exhibits, guided tours, and
demonstrations. You will see numer-
ous showcases of how our exhibitors,
agricultural researchers, and educators
are helping farmers to continue to produce the safest,
most economical, and abundant supply of food, fiber,
and shelter in the world.
